Aaron Franco, Local Director/ President
We would like to formally introduce you to the Local Director of the Miss DeWitt County Scholarship Organization. Aaron attended Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi where he studied Business Management. A member of Omega Delta Phi, Aaron served in multiple organizations including the Multi Cultural Greek Council, Islander Cultural Alliance. A long time supporter of the Miss America Scholarship Program, Aaron attended the Miss America 100 competition in Connecticut. Aaron is currently an Assistant Vice President of Frost Bank as well as a Co- Owner of The Petal Express, a flower shop, boutique and events company in Cuero, Texas. In August of 2022, Aaron formally became a Local Director, creating the Miss DeWitt Scholarship Organization. In 2023 Aaron was name Local Director of the Year at Miss Texas.
Adrian Alaniz, Vice President
We would like to formally introduce you to the Vice President of the Miss DeWitt County Scholarship Organization. Graduate of Texas A&M University- Kingsville with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Adrian was a 4 year Javelina Cheerleader and served in multiple organizations on campus. A lifelong supporter of the Miss America Scholarship Program, Adrian attended the Miss America 100 competition in Connecticut. A Florist by trade, Adrian was selected to represent the State of Texas in 2019 at The White House. Adrian, along with others assisted the First Lady of The United States with setting up The White House Christmas decorations. Owner and Designer of The Petal Express, a flower shop, boutique, and events company in Cuero, Texas. Adrian and The Petal Express provided the flowers to Miss America 2023 along with all runner up.
Lea Del Bosque, Secretary/ Treasurer
We would like to formally introduce you to the Secretary/ Treasurer of the Miss DeWitt County Scholarship Organization. Graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Mass Communications and Media Studies, Lea served as an anchor for the Bob Cat Update, and was a 4 year member of Chi Omega. Lea serves on multiple committees within her community which include the Texas Jazz Society, L.U.L.A.C Council, Ballet Nacional and Special Hearts in the Arts. Lea has a passion to serve her community and is excited to bring a local preliminary competition to Miss Texas within the Miss America Scholarship Program to DeWitt County.
